About Adigrity

An operating platform, not another directory.

Adigrity is built for the manufacturing firms of India — the job-shops, machine builders, and fabricators whose machines and certifications are world-class but whose software has been someone else's afterthought. We're not trying to rebuild IndiaMart. We're trying to give every shop floor in India the system its work actually deserves.

Why we built this

The pain we kept seeing in shop floors

Walk into a precision-engineering job-shop in Pune, Coimbatore, or Faridabad and you'll usually find the same picture. Excellent machinery — CNC turning centres, vertical machining centres, surface grinders, CMMs. Skilled operators who can hold tolerances that would impress shops in Stuttgart. ISO 9001 certificates on the wall. And a folder called "Drawings" on a Windows desktop with files named Part_47_Rev5_final_v2_USE_THIS.pdf.

The drawing problem alone is enough. A revision goes out on Monday. A correction comes on Wednesday. The shop floor cuts Tuesday's version. Two weeks later, scrap on the inspection bench traces back to one bad email thread.

Then there's the visibility problem. The firm's machines, tolerances, and certifications are known to the customers it already has — and to no one else. RFQs flow through WhatsApp. Quotations get buried in inboxes. Capability stays trapped inside the four walls of the shop.

These aren't problems that need a better directory. They need a system.

What we built

An operating layer for manufacturing firms

Adigrity gives every firm a structured way to do four things that an Excel sheet and an inbox can't do well:

Catalog capability

Every machine. Every gauge and CMM. Every certification. Public when you want it to be, private when you don't.

Version-control drawings

Revisions tracked. Latest is always the latest. The shop floor cannot accidentally cut to an old version.

Run work orders

Parts, drawings, status, milestones — internal jobs in Phase 1, external in Phase 2.

Give the right people the right access

Production sees production. Accounts sees accounts. Drawings stay with whoever needs to cut them.

None of these are revolutionary individually. ERP systems do some of them. PLM systems do others. But the system that ties shop-floor capability, version-controlled drawings, structured work orders, and a public capability profile into one tool — built for the firm sizes that actually populate Indian manufacturing — didn't exist. So we built it.

Who's behind this

A small team out of Bangalore

Adigrity is a product of Handommerce Services LLP, registered in Bangalore. We're an early-stage team — a handful of people who've spent enough time around manufacturing to know what doesn't work, and enough time around software to be dangerous about it.

The people behind Adigrity come from a mix of mechanical engineering, supply-chain, and software backgrounds. We've watched job-shops scale from 5 employees to 50, and we've watched their software stay frozen at the 5-employee tool — the WhatsApp group, the shared Excel, the Google Drive folder. This is the operating system we wish those firms had been given.

We're based in Bangalore, build out of Bangalore, and store every file on infrastructure inside India (DigitalOcean Spaces, Bangalore region). The brand says it: built in India. That's not a slogan — it's a deployment decision.

Where we are, where we're going

Phase 1 today, Phase 2 next

We're shipping in two phases because manufacturing operations have to work for the firm before they can work for the buyer. Get the internal system right first — drawings, machines, work orders, team roles. Then open the buyer side once the data underneath it is honest.

Phase 1 · Live Shipping today

The firm's internal system

  • Firm profiles + facility photos
  • Machines catalog
  • Inspection capability
  • Parts & drawings with version control
  • Internal work orders
  • Team and roles
  • Storage management
Phase 2 · Next In design

The buyer marketplace

  • External work orders (RFQ flow)
  • Structured quotations
  • Drawing exchange + comments
  • Buyer marketplace + discovery
  • Multi-firm console
  • Project management

Phase 2 features fold into existing tiers. Free, Starter, Growth, and Professional will all get access — the work happens above the storage line.

What we believe

A few principles, plainly stated

01

Drawings are private until you say otherwise

Technical drawings, parts, work orders — none of these are public on Adigrity. Ever. Only the firm profile, machines, and capabilities are. If you want a drawing visible to a buyer, you grant access — file by file, person by person.

02

Free is meaningful, not a teaser

The Free plan is built for a 2-3 person job-shop running real small-batch jobs — version-controlled drawings, full profile, machines, instruments. Not "ten drawings then pay." When you outgrow it, upgrade because you need scale, not because the trial expired.

03

No advertising. No data resale.

We make money from subscriptions and, eventually, transaction fees on buyer work orders. We don't monetize attention or sell shop-floor data to vendors. If we ever change this, we'll change it loudly.

04

Audit everything that touches a file

Every drawing access, every download, every revision — logged with who, when, and from where. Even on the Free plan. Trust in manufacturing comes from a paper trail, not a promise.

05

Built in India, hosted in India

Files on DigitalOcean Spaces (Bangalore region). Database on managed Postgres. Daily backups. Data residency is a feature, not a checkbox we tick after a customer asks.
