A typical Monday morning
Without a system
  • Open three WhatsApp groups to find Friday's drawing rev
  • Phone the customer to confirm which rev is current
  • Hope no one cut to the wrong version overnight
  • Search the inbox for the RFQ that came in last week
With Adigrity
  • Open the work order — current revision is highlighted
  • Drawing audit log shows every access since Friday
  • Shop floor cannot accidentally select an old version
  • Open RFQ list — sorted, statused, never lost
Cost of not having a system

Where the leaks happen

Most production firms lose hours each week to coordination overhead and sometimes lose whole batches to versioning mistakes. The work below is what Adigrity puts under one roof.

The Rev-3 / Rev-4 mistake

A customer emails Rev-3 on Monday. A correction goes out on Wednesday — Rev-4. The shop floor was already cutting Tuesday's parts to Rev-2. Inspection catches it two weeks later. The customer is unhappy. The cost of one botched batch easily covers a year of paid Adigrity.

The "where's that RFQ?" search

A buyer asks for a quote on Tuesday. The sales person CC's production. Production CC's the part to a different operator. The thread fragments. Three days later, no one is sure who promised what — and the buyer is on the phone.

The capability you can't prove

Your CMM, your tolerances, your AS9100 — the customers you already have know. The customers you don't have can't see any of it. They go to firms with worse capability and better web presence.

The audit you can't produce

A defence-tier customer asks for an access log on every drawing of part 30142. You have to dig through email threads, WhatsApp, and Google Drive history. By the time you produce it, the customer has moved on to a vendor who has one ready.

Phase 1 modules

What ships in your firm's first hour

Five interconnected modules. Each one is useful alone; together they form an operating system for the firm.

Public firm profile

A profile page customers and buyers can find. Facility photos, certifications, location, contact, and your full machine and inspection roster. Indexed by Google. Discoverable by procurement teams that filter by capability.

Machines and inspection capability

Every machine — make, model, capacity, year, photos, public manuals. Every inspection instrument — CMM, gauges, surface testers — with measurement range and accuracy. Buyers filter on this data; the platform makes it filterable.

Drawings and technical documents

Upload PDFs and CAD with revision tracking. Every revision is preserved with full audit history — who uploaded it, when, who downloaded it. The latest is always marked as the latest. Old versions cannot be cut by mistake.

Internal work orders

Track every job from order to dispatch — parts, drawings, milestones, status, deadlines. Drawings attached to a work order automatically pull the current revision. External work orders (RFQs from buyers) launch in Phase 2.

Team and roles

Invite production, sales, accounts, quality. Each role sees only what they need to. Custom roles on Growth and above. Single sign-on on Professional. Every access and action is logged.

Setup

From sign-up to running in a week

Most firms get to a fully usable state in less than 4 working hours, spread across a few days.

  1. 01

    Day 1 · 20 min

Create your firm. Name, address, certifications, business type. Profile is live and indexable.

  2. 02

    Day 1 · 1 hour

Add 3–5 machines and inspection instruments with photos. Your capability is now visible to anyone browsing the directory.

  3. 03

    Day 2 · 1 hour

Upload your active drawings and parts. Set the people who can access each. Revision tracking starts working immediately.

  4. 04

    Day 3 · 30 min

Invite your team. Production, sales, accounts — each gets the role they need. Single sign-on available on Professional.

  5. 05

    End of week 1

First internal work orders running. Drawings linked. Milestones tracked. Audit logs collecting from the moment a part is touched.

Common questions

What manufacturers ask before signing up

Will my drawings leak?

Drawings, work orders, parts, and internal documents are strictly private to your firm and the people you explicitly grant access to. Adigrity staff do not browse Firm Content. Every drawing access is audit-logged. Files are stored encrypted on Indian infrastructure (DigitalOcean Spaces, Bangalore region).

I already have an ERP. Will Adigrity replace it?

No. Adigrity does the things ERPs do badly or not at all for small-to-mid-sized job shops — version-controlled drawings, public capability profile, structured work-order tracking. You can keep your ERP for invoicing, accounting, and inventory. Most firms run Adigrity alongside their existing systems.

My team uses WhatsApp. They won't switch.

They don't need to switch for everyday communication. The roles that get the biggest benefit — drawings, work orders, audit trail — are typically used by 2–4 people per firm (production lead, quality, sales). Everyone else sees only what they need. Most teams adopt the tool gradually, starting with the production lead.

I run a 5-person shop. Is this overkill?

Free plan exists for exactly this case: 3 GB, 3 users, 15 work orders per month, full drawing version control. It is meaningful — not a teaser. A 5-person shop running 10–15 jobs a month can stay on Free indefinitely.

I run a 50-person operation. Will it scale?

Professional tier handles 50 users, 100 GB storage, unlimited work orders, SSO, API access, and advanced audit logs. Enterprise tier handles unlimited firms (for groups and holding companies), dedicated CSM, SLA, and an on-premise deployment option.

What happens after the 6 months free?

You stay on Free forever (3 GB, 3 users, 15 work orders per month) — no automatic charges, no card on file. Or you pick a paid tier that matches your scale. You opt in; we don't auto-charge you because the trial ended.

Can I export everything if I leave?

Yes. Within 30 days of cancellation you can export all of your data — drawings, work orders, parts, audit trail — as a structured archive. Your data is yours, always.

Twenty minutes today. Hours saved every week after.

Free for 6 months. Stay on Free forever if your team is small. Pick a paid tier when production volume justifies it.
