What is your refunds policy?
Annual plans: pro-rated refunds within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. Monthly plans: no refunds for the current month, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Enterprise refunds are governed by the signed agreement.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. If you exceed the lower tier's limits (storage, users, work orders), the over-limit features go read-only until you free up resources or upgrade again. Nothing is deleted automatically — you keep ownership of every drawing, work order, and document.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything within 30 days of cancellation: drawings, work orders, parts, documents, and audit trail as a structured archive. After 30 days, the firm profile is removed from search, but encrypted backups are retained for 90 days for compliance before permanent deletion. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
Do I get GST invoices?
Yes. Every paid invoice on Starter and above includes 18% GST and a valid GSTIN. Add your firm's GSTIN in billing settings to receive properly tagged invoices. PDFs download from your billing dashboard and are emailed to your billing contact each cycle.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry three times over 7 days and email you each time. If all retries fail, your firm enters a 14-day grace period with full access — after which it auto-downgrades to Free. Your data and content stay safe throughout. Update the card and access restores instantly.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Switch to annual any time and the savings apply immediately to your next renewal. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual cycle so you don't lose paid time.
What payment methods are accepted?
Indian credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and NEFT/RTGS for annual plans via our payment partner. Enterprise plans support invoiced payments with NET-30 terms.
